Nike Air Force One - Air Jordan Retro 8

Air Jordan Retro 8
The eighth model of the Air Jordan could politely be called ¡°chunky¡±. The base of the shoe was clearly modeled on the design of the Jordan XVII, but the Air Jordan VIII added more colors and details. Thick padding for and criss-crossing Velcro straps over the upper made for a great fit but some players experienced problems with heat buildup and a clumsy feeling due to the weight. The Jumpman logo on this model vaguely resembles a Peace sign, especially on the white/grey Retro version with its shaggy carpet-like Jumpman, leading to the Jordan VIII¡¯s nickname: the flower-power Air Jordan. Available in only three color combinations, the Air Jordan VIII sold very well in its original and retro versions. The model has since been discontinued.
Nike Air Force One '07
Anniversary edition of the classic Air Force 1.
Many shoeheads consider the Air Force One to be the perfect shoe and they may be correct considering this line has survived 25 years and remained one of the most popular Nike styles, bringing in approximately 1 billion a year. For the 25th anniversary, Nike has actually improved on the perfect shoe to make it the ultimate. A number of upgrades went into the Nike Air Force One '07. The major upgrades are:
Standardized cup sole to eliminate inconsistences in fit. All Nike factories use this new cup sole model which conforms to the foot shape.
Seamless interior to prevent discomfort and friction from stitching and seams.
Contoured tongue. The original version had a flattened tongue which did not conform to the top of the foot.
Natural ankle shape. The '07 AF1 follows the contours of the wearer's ankle.
Fans of the classic white on white Air Force will be pleased to note that the AF1 '07 is whiter than ever. A special effort was made to make the new white/white version a bright, clean white.
The lace debray (tag) is studier and more consistent with the shape of the lace. Fans will also note that the debray has changed from a simple silver piece to silver with a white inset bearing the word "AF-1" and the year "'82" below.
The new Air Force features stain resistent laces to help keep your kicks looking fresh.
Removable aiglets allow the wearer to use them on new shoelaces.
Nike WMNS Dunk Low
Back to basics. Now popular with skaters, basketball players, and the fashionable alike, the first ever production of the Nike Dunk shoe was in 1985. Before the Nike Air Jordan I, the Nike Dunk, which later influenced the Jordan I, was the team basketball shoe of choice. It was available in high and low versions in a variety of team colorways to match an uniform, and it came with a matching box and two sets of different color laces. The original Dunk is a highly sought-after collectors item and due to consumer demand, the Nike Dunk line was reissued in 1998 and numerous colorways have been made available on a regular basis since then. Nike released the skate Dunk in 1999 featuring a padded tongue and ankle collar. In 2002, they collaborated withe the Supreme Skate brand to produce the Supreme Dunks, and in 2004, Nike released the new, never-before-seen Nike Dunk Mid. Other special and limited editions include holiday models for Valentine's Day and Christmas, Laser Dunks that feature laser-engraved artwork, Harris Tweed Dunks with famous British tweed fabric, and The Inside Out Dunks. Technologically, the Nike Dunk line of shoes has the most basic of technologies, but its simplicity and wide variety of colors leaves this line of 80¡¯s retro basketball shoes compatible with many styles and make them perfect for casual wear.
Nike Air Max 1 Premium
The Nike Air Max was first released in 1987 in a nylon/synthetic suede combo with a transparent window for the Max Air-sole unit. Despite incredulity that led customers to poke and squeeze the Air-sole, the Air Max quickly proved to be a hit. A leather edition soon followed in 1988 and from 1988-1992, Nike used a variety of colors and fabric combinations to keep a contemporary look. In 1992, however, the Air Max was reissued with two major design changes. These reissued models were manufactured in leather and used the midsole and outsole design from the Air Max 90 (then known as the Air Max 3. Nike did reissue the nylon Air Max 1995, but continued to experiment with the design, eventually reducing the size of the Nike Swoosh. To date, the Air Max continues to evolve as Nike tries to keep this classic running shoe contemporary.
